Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard vehicle pickup and handover location for DJ Transport & Rentals is Wentworthville NSW 2145. The exact pickup address and handover instructions will be provided to the customer after the booking is confirmed. Customers must arrive at the agreed pickup time. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible on 0411 681 788 or 0484 582 476. Alternative pickup, delivery or return locations may be available by prior arrangement and may incur an additional fee depending on the distance and booking requirements.

Every hire includes 24/7 roadside assistance. Call the number in the glovebox and we'll get you moving that means a repair where possible, or a replacement vehicle where it isn't. You won't be left sorting it out yourself.

Our 8-seater people movers comfortably carry 4–6 large suitcases with cabin bags. Our 12-seater commuter vans feature generous rear luggage space, and we can also provide enclosed luggage trailers on request for sporting gear or excessive luggage.

If you realise you're running behind schedule, simply call our team as early as possible. We provide a short grace period and will work with you to extend your booking if another customer is not immediately scheduled for the vehicle.

Either. Self-drive is the most popular option for weekends away and road trips. If you'd rather not deal with Sydney traffic or you're heading somewhere you'd like a drink at the other end, we can supply a driver for the same vehicle.

Yes, a refundable bond is held against the vehicle for the duration of the hire and released after it comes back in the same condition. The amount depends on the vehicle and the driver's age. We'll tell you the exact figure with your quote never at the counter.

Yes. Vans go out full and should come back full it's the cheapest way for you, since refuelling it yourself always beats a refuelling fee. There's a servo within a couple of minutes of our Wentworthville yard.

Yes, we offer discounted corporate and multi-week rates for extended hires of 14, 30 or more days. Extended rentals include scheduled maintenance support, roadside cover, and flexible kilometre packages.

Yes, we have Australian Standard rear-facing baby capsules, forward-facing toddler seats, and booster seats available for all our vans. Simply specify your child's age when booking and we will have them installed and ready.
